Dragons - These sentient creatures once populated all of Kalgory and spoke a complex language. Over 1,000 years ago, they were driven extinct by the Magi at the request of the new settlers.

Humans - The first foreign settlers on Kalgory. Since then, they have grown to become the most numerous race in the land. Like the dwarves, they possess the technology of gunpowder and have begun to produce steam powered engines. |

Dwarves - Settled on Kalgory shortly after the humans on the opposite side of the continent. They possess uncanny talents for mining materials and have been known to foster a deep hatred for wizards ever since the Emerald War. |

Wizards -
Also known as Magi. Their exact number is unknown. A person of any race that has the right talents can learn magic. But once they become a wizard, they can never die of sickness or old age, and are compelled to live in the material world until its end or until they are murdered. Most wizards live in seclusion from the rest of civilization. Their only known organization is the Assembly of Elders.

Senjeetahs -
Extremely intelligent animals. Fierce and independent minded. A person must win their trust in order to ride them. They are also the fastest land animals on Aquinar.
